Speaking

My life has been a wild ride, and now, I get to share those experiences through speaking. So fun! People often ask me about the journey of Warm Hearts Sauna —how I built it from scratch while being unemployed, not speaking Dutch, and without money or a network. Or how I went from a small-town Finnish girl who barely spoke English to coaching courage and living in six countries.

Now, with the support of Amsterdamse Fonds voor de Kunst, we’re launching something new: a heartwarming podcast—straight from our sauna!

This podcast will be a collection of stories from people who make a positive impact in our society. There’s already enough bad news in the world—this is about good news! Where better to have raw, honest conversations than in a sauna, where you literally let your guard down?

Being a changemaker takes courage. We want to inspire, educate, and help people take action—whatever their version of “doing good” may be. And like everything I do, this podcast is built with and for the community. From the name to the guests and topics, the people around us shaped it.
